| Love makes the world go round. It’s also one of the foremost reasons why you’re simply inspired to live. That’s why not finding love can already be considered such a huge tragedy. People who cannot perceive this very powerful emotion are vulnerable to depression, envy, indifference, and hate. These negative energies can drive them to live very unhappy lives.
If you feel you’re not getting the love that you deserve, don’t fret. Perhaps it’s just a matter of changing the way you perceive things. There are two possible scenarios. First it’s either you are already loved, but you have such high expectations and thus cannot immediately accept their offer to you. Second, you want to give love but you don’t know why.
When you want to give and receive love, you may want to practice visualization.
The Importance of Visualization in Love
Visualization is a potent tool that can make love freer gift to give and take. When it’s difficult for you to receive and give love, there’s a huge chance something is blocking the way. Probably you grow up in an unhappy childhood. It’s also possible you get caught up with the type of love described in novels, which can be quite far off from reality.
The purpose of visualizing is, first, to understand these blockages. Second, to find a way to remove them out of your life and change your belief system to something more positive and better.
How to Do It
The first thing you need to do is to determine what type of love you’re looking for. It can be general type of love, such as getting accepted or feel the warmth of personal relationships such as friendship. There’s also the amorous type, which means you desire to have a long-term partner in your life. What you choose will be your main guide during visualization.
The exercise may entail something like this: Imagine yourself surrounded with a white light. The white light is filled with a lot of positivity and love. You walk into the light, and you allow it to envelop you, cover you completely, from head to toe. Slowly, you immerse yourself into the light, feel every amount of love it gives you.
During your visualization, you can include subliminal messages. The subliminal messages can be in the following sentences:
• I am loved and I can give love.
• I have so much love in me I want to give away.
• I am truly cared for.
• I have the ability to find love.
• I accept love from friends and family.
• I am embraced by the power of love.
The subliminal messages have a way of getting into your subconscious, provided they are repeated several times. When they are embedded into this part of your mind, you can then develop a whole new belief system without a lot of influence. You can derive the motivation within yourself. With visualization, there’s no doubt you can start feeling a lot of love from yourself or from your family and friends, even strangers, very soon. | |
