Ladies - How To Give Your Partner A New Sex Life

Think of your sex life as a book of recipes. You have all your favorite recipes in that book, and you have made them all dozens, maybe hundreds of times over the years. If someone gives you a recipe that's like one of your favorites, but with a twist, and she raves about how good it is, I'll bet you would at least give it a try.

If someone makes something that tastes better than mine, you know I will be asking for her secret. Most of us will even throw a new ingredient into our most reliable recipes from time to time, just to experiment.

Usually it turns out pretty good. Now and then, it's fantastic. You can add spice to your sex life many different ways:

1.Try a new position. You don't have to know the name of the position, or which ancient Chinese philosopher might have declared it a wonderful thing for the first time. Just do something new and see how it feels. Ask a close friend for any secrets she might have, or if you prefer to keep these things private, read a book or watch a DVD about different positions to find one you would like to try.

2.Learn oral sex all over again: Most men love receiving oral sex and most women enjoy doing that for her partner as well. You may have been doing it for a long time, and doing it well. But next time, approach his penis as if you've never done it before. Explore it slowly, like you are new to the experience. Pay close attention to his reactions, and you might discover something you didn't know about what he enjoys.

3.Show your enthusiasm. You don't have to rip his clothes off every night to show him you want him. If he usually asks for oral sex, make the first move, instead. When you are undressing for bed, undress him instead, and he'll feel as if you can't wait to get him naked. Initiate sex in the morning, especially if you usually only make love at night. 4.Play with toys. You can buy almost any kind of sexual toy you can imagine, from vibrators, to pillows designed to help you achieve certain positions, to outfits so that you can dress up in and roleplay. Maybe you've never used toys or sexual aids before, or maybe you've played a little, but don't consider that a big part of your sex life. Introduce your first toy, or a new one, and surprise him. He might have been wishing for just such a thing.

5.Talk about your fantasies. This is especially important for those in committed relationships. If you plan to spend your life with your partner, then this is only person with whom you'll have the opportunity to try new things. You owe it to yourselves to at least talk about the things that turn you on.

Maybe he's always wanted to try roleplay, or you have a secret craving to be tied up or spanked, but you are too embarrassed to say so. Tell him, and encourage him to tell him your secret desires. You might both be surprised at how willing and excited you are to try the other oness ideas.

With these tips, you can add some spice to your bedroom recipes (maybe even while making each others fantasies come true!) and not only will you add a whole new dimension to your sex life, you will grow even closer as a couple.
